Dale Bradshaw. P.S.M. President Mr. Bradshaw has over 30 years of experience in the Surveying and Mapping Profession in the State of Florida. A lifelong resident of St. Augustine, Mr. Bradshaw began his career at the age of 13 working along side his father after school. Mr. Bradshaw graduated from St. Joseph Academy in 1981 and obtained his Florida Surveyor Registration in 1993. He has been the managing member of the Bradshaw-Niles & Associates, Inc., formerly Privett-Niles & Associates, Inc., since 1997 and became a partner in 2004. Mr. Bradshaw has been a member of Florida Surveying and Mapping Society since 1997, Mr. Bradshaw has served as President Elect and President of the Florida Crown Chapter, and Mr. Bradshaw is currently the Director for District 2 of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society while also serving on the Membership Committee for the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. As a principle surveyor, Mr. Bradshaw is responsible for numerous surveys used in all areas of land planning, conservation efforts and dispute settlements throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Bradshaw is actively involved in providing consultant services/expert witness services to legal counsel in regards to boundary and riparian rights of the public. Mr. Bradshaw is heavily involved in and administers all of the services that Bradshaw-Niles provides, including project assignments, QA/QC and submittal requirements.
Ray Niles, P.S.M. Vice President Graduating with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Land Surveying in 1982 from the University of Florida, and having than 26 years in the profession Mr. Niles proves to be a tremendous asset to the firm. Mr. Niles is also a principle surveyor and in addition to working closely with Mr. Bradshaw in the management of the firm. Mr. Niles oversees all the hydrographic surveying and underground utility location services available from Bradshaw-Niles. Mr. Niles is a past Director of District 2 of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society, as well as being a past President of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. Currently, Mr. Niles serves as Chairman of the Community Foundation Endowment Committee and as the Florida Surveying and Mapping Liaison to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation Bureau of Professional Surveyors and Mappers. Darin Moore, S.I.T. Project Manager Mr. Moore has 8 years of experience and has worked with Mr. Bradshaw and Mr. Niles since 2002. During his employment he has graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Geomatics in 2006 from the University of Florida. Darin has managed small and large projects including boundary, topographic, wetland, tree and as-built surveys. Mr. Moore currently serves as the Treasurer of the Florida Crown Chapter of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. Jack Grunder, Survey Technician Mr. Grunder joined Bradshaw-Niles in 2007 as a student at the University of Florida and returned full time after graduating with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Geomatics in 2008. Jack is involved in the collection of field data as well as the production of survey documents in the office. Mr. Grunder currently serves as the Secretary of the Florida Crown Chapter of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. Mike Adams, Environmental Scientist
Mr. Adams has 30 years of experience in a diverse range of environmental positions (field work to management.) He has served a broad range of clients including private land owners, developers, industry, municipalities, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Projects range from simple single-family home modest-budget responses to highly complex regional and state-wide studies of long duration. All work Mr. Adams performs is recognized by the State of Florida, Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Florida Division of Forestry, Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, Florida Natural Areas Inventory, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Clay, Duval, St. Johns, Flagler, Putnam, Nassau, Volusia Counties, and various municipalities within the region. |
