Bradshaw-Niles conducted a hydrographic survey of the channel of the San Sebastion River in preparation of design for waterfront improvements.

Bradshaw-Niles provided boundary surveying and platting services for 325 acres divided into 7 phases. Upon completion of platting these phases were subdivided into 697 lots.

Heritage Park, St. Augustine, Fl

Bradshaw-Niles has provided boundary and specific purpose surveys for this site located Northwest of Orlando, and is in the process of platting services for the 378 acres of previously undeveloped land. Once completed, this site will be comprised of 700 lots.
