Bradshaw-Niles has worked on many land dispute cases in the state of Florida. Below are a few examples of the cases that we have worked on.

In 2006, Mr. Bradshaw served as the surveyor record for a case that involved a riparian boundary dispute. To help settle to dispute, Mr. Bradshaw constructed survey exhibits showing the location of the riparian boundary. After preparing the survey exhibits the expert witness for the opposition agreed with Mr. Bradshaw's findings and a settlement was reached based on the exhibits prepared by Bradshaw-Niles.

In 2007, Mr. Bradshaw was hired as an expert consultant on a case which involved conflicting surveys. Mr. Bradshaw performed research for the case and gave an opinion on which survey was produced in a manner consistent with practices followed by prudent surveyors within the community. The matter was resolved.

Also, in 2007, Mr. Bradshaw was again hired as an expert witness in a case which involved riparian rights. Sectionalized surveying was also a key component of the case. Mr. Bradshaw again offered his opinion and the matter was resolved.
